Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Utah and or Arizona CCW Permit by attending one of my classes. You may send me your personal contact information to notify me that you wish to attend, wish to set up a private class and or would like to receive more information. Use the following email form to notify me, thank you. To reserve a seat you must register for the class and send by cashiers check payment of $125.00 for Utah only, $150 for both Utah and Arizona permits (made payable to Dana Howell) to be received at least 7days prior to class date. If payment is made at the class, total payment must be in cash. Also bring cash to class for fingerprinting ( $15 for one permit or $25 for both Utah and Arizona ) General contact notification
